By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Asset Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the service
Asset Tracker is a personal investment asset tracking and analysis tool. It helps users record data, view history, and perform calculations. It does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter
- You are responsible for protecting exported backup files
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes
- You must not use the app for unlawful activities
4. Subscriptions and billing
Asset Tracker may offer auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.
- Prices and billing periods are shown in the App Store
- Payment is charged through your Apple account when you confirm purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings
- If a purchase is not recognized, you can use Restore Purchases in the app
5. Free trials and promotions
If a subscription includes a free trial or promotional period, the specific terms shown on the purchase page will apply. Unless canceled, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan after the trial period.
6. Service changes
We may add, modify, or remove features over time, including adjustments to free and premium feature boundaries, subscription offerings, pricing, and trial strategies.
7. Investment disclaimer
You understand and agree that Asset Tracker is only a record-keeping, display, and calculation tool. It does not guarantee the accuracy of market data, exchange rates, or any investment outcome.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its design, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the developer. You may not misuse, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
